To provide a vehicle which will facilitate the dissemination of information concerning the upcoming Ballot Question of Nov 2, 2010, which shall ask the citizens of Maryland if they want to hold a Constitutional Convention (for the purpose of updating the state’s Constitution).
To make available a nonpartisan forum which will allow for the free exchange of ideas and discussion regarding the strengths and weaknesses of our current constitution.
To offer a platform which will enable the citizens of Maryland to broaden and strengthen their knowledge of our current constitution and the political system itself.
